On June 15-16, 2023 the head of the Psychology Department of L.N. Gumilyov ENU Mambetalina Aliya Saktaganovna made a speech at the forum of psychologists organized by RSPC "Daryn" with the theme "Creation, adaptation and approbation of psychological methods for assessment and identification of giftedness and school motivation".
The purpose of the program was to develop a psychological toolkit to identify the level of giftedness and motivation of children, adapted to the Kazakh population and methodological support for psychological research of giftedness in school.
During the seminar the following was discussed: methods of research of giftedness, types of giftedness, methods adapted in Kazakhstan and identification of school motivation, types of motivation.
