Maksat Sadvokasov on research work which considers digital culture and its core - digital ethics in the context of the development of Kazakhstan

On June 1, 2022, at the republican level of the NIRS competition, the work “Digital Culture and Digital Ethics: Tendencies and Challenges for Digital Kazakhstan” was successfully defended by a 3rd year student of the “Culturology” specialization Sadvokasov Maksat Adilbekuly. On September 1, 2022, the 1st degree diploma was awarded. The key direction of the study of the work is the explication of the prerequisites, approaches and functions of digital culture, the method of transmission of axiological fragments, as well as patterns which combine human thinking and cybernetic methods of information transmission. The functioning of digital culture is carried out at the expense of its core, which is digital ethics.

A special contribution to the review and narrowing of the research paradigm of the research work was made by the supervisor, PhD, Associate Professor, as well as the Head of the Department of Philosophy of the L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University Medeuova Kulshat Agibaevna. Maksat Sadvokasov, as a young researcher, showed not only the theoretical side of digital culture and digital ethics, but also conceptualized the phenomenon on a practical, everyday level.
