A practical lesson for the elderly is developed taking into account age characteristics. The dosage is given depending on the indications and contraindications, as well as taking into account individual characteristics. The complex is designed for the elderly who are recovering from mild to moderate forms of pneumonia and colds. Exercises are also shown to everyone who has had SARS.
The main emphasis is on breathing exercises in the lying position, sitting and in motion.
It can also be noted that exercises can be performed at home. For their implementation, special physical training and additional equipment are not required. Each exercise is performed at a calm pace, according to well-being.
The practical lesson was conducted by senior teachers of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports Mubarakkyzy B.M., Daurenbekova O.A., Imangalikova I.B.
