On December 22, the FSN hosted a master class on the national intellectual game Bestemshe. The event was held at the highest level, it became possible thanks to the guests from Karakalpakstan and the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the ENU.

       One of the main objectives of the master class was the preservation and enhancement of the spiritual and cultural values of the Kazakh people, the strengthening of patriotism, the formation of a national brand of Kazakh culture, the creation of favorable conditions for the preservation and development of national values, including through the promotion of a healthy lifestyle.

More than 100 people are involved in the national games - Togyzkumalak and Bestemshe - at ENU. The Bestemshe game is an offshoot of the well-known Kazakh-Kyrgyz national game Togyz Kumalak. There is a board with 10 game holes (5 per player) and 2 accumulative holes. The goal of the game is to collect 25 balls in your accumulative hole. In addition to the number of holes, Bestemshe differs from Togyz Kumalak in the absence of an ace-hole. In general, the rules are the same. The game develops logic, mathematical thinking and educates endurance.

The master class was held by Kuralai Kadyrovna Kulanova - teacher of the Department of Physical Education of the L.N. L.N. Gumilyova and coach for the game "Togyz kumalak".

Then, according to the internship program, Sagiev Talgat Abaevich, candidate of pedagogical sciences, professor of the FCS department, gave a lecture “Sports injuries and exercise therapy.

      In the evening, our guests, together with the trade union leader of the FSN Baizakhov T.A., visited the sights of the capital. They visited Baiterek and the central mosque of Astana.
