IV INTERNATIONAL FORUM ON PEDAGOGICAL EDUCATION

May 22-24, 2018 on the basis of the Kazan (Privolzhsky) Federal University, the IV International Forum on Pedagogical Education was held under the auspices of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation and the Russian Academy of Education.

The International Forum on Teacher Education is conducted with the aim of studying the trends and peculiarities of the modernization of pedagogical education in Russia, analyzing and generalizing theoretical and practical, traditional and innovative approaches to the modernization of pedagogical education.

At the largest forum on pedagogical education in the post-Soviet space, more than 600 best researchers in the field of teacher education from 93 Russian and 65 foreign universities and scientific organizations gathered. The forum was also attended by representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Russian Federation, the Russian Academy of Education, the European Association for Educational Research (EERA) and the International Association for the Study of Teacher Education (ISATT).

Representatives of universities of Oxford, Harvard, Glasgow, Miami, Arizona, Texas and other prestigious universities of the world who are included in the first hundred of the best universities of the world according to QS rating acted as speakers.

More than 20 key reports from leading domestic and foreign experts in the field of teacher education were presented at the forum. Also 14 symposiums, 90 sections, 5 round tables, 4 plenary discussions, 4 international conferences, 2 master classes were held.

 At this form from the Eurasian National University named after  L.N. Gumilev  professor of the department of social pedagogy and self-knowledge, Dr. G.Dlimbetova  on the theme "COGNITIVE-COMMUNICATIVE TECHNOLOGY OF BILINGUAL EDUCATION AS CONDITION OF FORMATION OF ECOLOGICAL COMPETENCE OF STUDENTS" was made a report.

The content of the speech included the main positions of the scientific project "Ecologization of the higher educational system as an innovative way of modernization of students' spiritual consciousness". In the report, a key idea the problems of preparing a future specialist for environmental activities in a multicultural educational space, the implementation of an environmentally competent approach in the education system was voiced.

The forum provided an opportunity for educators from different countries to get acquainted with the best practice of education abroad, modern pedagogical education in non-pedagogical universities, the practice of adapting migrant children in school education, exchange training technologies and work experience in the university system of ecologizing education.
