On May 29, 2023, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Acting Associate Professor of the Department of Pedagogy Temirov K.U. made a report on the topic "On the issue OF ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION IN HIGHER EDUCATION" in the teleconference mode at the international conference on pedagogical education "QUALITY OF PEDAGOGICAL EDUCATION IN THE CONDITIONS OF MODERN CHALLENGES" IFTE 2023: Uzbekistan.
Kuanysh Umirzakovich emphasized in his speech that information on environmental issues should be introduced into training courses taking into account the specifics of each subject. This can be implemented in a course of lectures, seminars, laboratory classes at the end of the presentation of the topic (section), at the end of the study of the entire theoretical course. At the same time, the ecological material should be clearly defined in each section. It is also necessary to carry out the interrelation of environmental, environmental and educational aspects of the studied material, carefully consider the methods of presentation of the material.
In all academic disciplines, it is necessary to analyze the "nature-society-man" system, demonstrate ways to harmonize the interaction of elements of this system.
In conclusion, K.U. Temirov emphasized that the task of the higher school is not just to provide information to students on ecology, but also to form a new culture of attitude to nature.
