ACADEMIC MOBILITY OF TEACHING STAFF OF THE DEPARTMENT OF " SOCIAL PEDAGOGY AND SELF-KNOWLEDGE»

One of the important directions of the international and educational activities of the university teaching staff is external, or international academic mobility.

Academic mobility of the teaching staff is the mission and program of the University development, the establishment of internal and external integration, the strengthening of the image of the University, as well as the implementation of joint educational programs.

It is worth mentioning that the current global pandemic has significantly affected the academic mobility program of the teaching staff.

In the 2020-2021 academic year, teachers of the Social pedagogy and Self-knowledge department implement the academic mobility program in the online format, i.e. remotely.

The academic mobility program is implemented in the form of teaching at a partner university: giving lectures, conducting classes and consultations.

Thus, in the distance education conditions, the head of the Department of Social Pedagogy and Self-knowledge, Ph.D., Professor T. S. Slambekova, gives a course of lectures on "Theory and History of Pedagogy", in particular on "Didactics" at the State Pedagogical University of Nokis. Azhiniyaza (Republic of Karakalpakstan); Ph. D., Professor Menlibekova G. Zh. gives a course of lectures on "Social pedagogy", Ph. D., associate Professor of the department Zhubakova S. S. gives a course of lectures on "Pedagogy" at Bukhara State University (Republic of Uzbekistan).

Also, Ph.D., Associate Professor of the Department Abdykhalykova Zh. E. since 2019, teaches such disciplines as "Comparative Education", "Social Pedagogy" to undergraduates, postgraduates as a visiting scientist and teacher at the Peoples ' Friendship University of Russia (Russian Federation)

All this is an indicator of the competitiveness of the teaching staff of the Department of "Social Pedagogy and Self-Knowledge" in international educational activities.
