On February 15-16, 2023, guest lectures were organized at the Faculty of Social Sciences on the topic "Olympic sports in the training of future specialists in physical culture and sports."
Within the framework of grant funding from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the developers of the project IRNAP14871202 "Virtual Foresight Laboratory for the Implementation of Olympic Education in the System of General Education School" (2022-2024) conducted guest lectures to students of the Faculty of Social Sciences of L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University. In order to introduce project materials, the project manager Doshybekov A.B. PhD, Associate Professor of the Kazakh Academy of Sports and Tourism spoke on the topic "Olympic Education", project executor Absatova M.A. doctor of pedagogical sciences, professor of KazNPU named after Abai spoke on the topic “Management of education in an innovative digital environment.” The participants of the meeting, students of the 1st and 2nd year of the specialty “Physical culture and sports”, the faculty at the end of the seminar exchanged views and ways of developing Olympic education. During the meeting, scientists shared new information and presented the work done within the framework of the project.
